Brandon Joe Griggs

Indianapolis - Brandon Joe Griggs, age 36, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021 at his residence. He was born on January 31, 1985 to Tim and Kerry (Marsh) Griggs at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Brandon graduated from Mt. Vernon High School, class of 2004. He worked at Flutes Inc. as a corrugator operator for nearly 8 years. Brandon's favorite hobbies were playing golf, basketball and bowling. He was an avid sports fan and his favorite teams were the Colts, Pacers and IU. Brandon loved watching and playing sports. Also, he loved spending time with his family and will be deeply missed. Brandon enjoyed hanging out with his two nephews and playing cards at family gatherings. His favorite card game was poker.

Brandon is survived by his loving parents, Tim and Kerry Griggs; his brothers, Dan Marsh and Cody Griggs; and his nephews, Braiden and Abel Griggs.

Brandon's friends and family may visit from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the funeral home with visitation one hour prior. For the health and safety of all guest attending, face masks are required.
