Arthur William "Bill" Parker 65 of Marion County, Indiana passed away Saturday October 3, 2015 at home due to the progression of advanced stage lung cancer.
He was born October 29, 1949 in Indianapolis to Lavern C. Parker and Mary Maxine Parker. He graduated from Reelsville High School in 1969. He worked at a variety of professions throughout his life from heating/air technician, automobile mechanic, to overnight inventory technician at Meijer. He often enjoyed relaxing in nature and feeding the local wildlife. He was an able fisherman and readily enjoyed a good catfish dinner. He will be dearly missed by many. Though he was a man of few words his company was enjoyed by almost all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Parker, daughter Billie Parker, son Jeremiah Knudsen and granddaughter Avery Elizabeth Knudsen, son Charles "Chuck" Parker, and two siblings Charles Steven Parker and Deborah McMann. He is preceded in death by both parents and sister, Sharon Cole.
