Her family fondly remembers her enthusiasm for technology; they joked that when she got her first computer, she "searched the internet until there was no internet left." This lighthearted memory encapsulates her curiosity and willingness to embrace new things.
In addition to her love for family, Beulah found joy in various hobbies and interests including crossword puzzles, audiobooks, crime stories, and music, with a special fondness for Elvis. These interests were a reflection of her vibrant personality and her thirst for knowledge and entertainment.
Beulah leaves behind a loving family, including her son Randall Parker, and daughters Laura Mansfield and Lisa Sandoval. She was also a proud grandmother to Matthew Mansfield, Dominic Mansfield, Isaiah Sandoval, and Isabella Sandoval, who brought her immense joy. She is survived by her brother Jack Hall and sister Barbara Quinlin, both of whom share in the fond memories of their beloved sister.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Parker, and her parents Hargis and Clara Hall. She also joins her siblings Beverly, Brenda, and Joanna in eternal rest.
