Barbara Lee Benedict

Indianapolis - Barbara Lee Benedict, 90, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022. She was born September 16, 1932. She was an amazing stay at home mother raising her family. Barbara enjoyed playing bingo with her friends. Some of her absolute favorite times were spending time with her family, but especially her grandchildren.

Barbara is survived by her children, Randy L. (wife, Pam) Benedict and Pamela K. Tuttle; grandchildren: Amanda (husband, Darrell) Patrick, Dillon Benedict and Nevada Benedict; life-long friend of the family, Lynne Toney Thomas; great-grandchildren: Haley Patrick, Gavin Patrick and Easton Patrick; nieces, Linda Siebenthal-Neel, Debbie Siebenthal-Liggett, Theresa Siebenthal and Paula Siebenthal-Wells; and nephews: Danny Siebenthal, John Siebenthal Bob Siebenthal, Tim Siebenthal and Dale Siebenthal.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; ex-husband, Bud Benedict; son, Ricky J. Benedict; 3 brothers: Bill Siebenthal, Donald Siebenthal, James Siebenthal; grandson, Dustin Benedict; and nephews, James Siebenthal and Scott Siebenthal.

A funeral service honoring Barbara's life will take place at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions at 925 East Hanna Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 3:00 to 7:00 pm on Tuesday.
