Anita J. Weist

Anita J. Weist, 62, of Indianapolis passed away on September 4, 2018. She was born on September 21, 1955 in Indianapolis to Frank & Rosemary Weist. Anita graduated from Southport High School in 1972. She had worked for the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department as a secretary in the Missing Person Department for 30 years. Anita was a member of St. Roch Catholic Church.

Anita is survived by 4 siblings and their spouses: William & Cheryl Weist, Barbara Weist, Larry Weist, Jennifer & Tim Fox; Anita was a loving aunt to several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Anita was preceded in death by her parents: Frank & Rosemary Weist; brother: Jerry Weist.

Visitation will be on Monday, September 10 from 4 P.M. until her funeral service at 6P.M. at Newcomer - Indianapolis Chapel, 925 E. Hanna Ave., IN 46227.
