Greenwood - Amanda Leigh Wisehart, 36, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016.
Amanda was born March 23, 1980 in Greenfield, IN. She was a member of NA and a graduate of Hope House in Fort Wayne IN. She was employed by Cracker Barrel where she worked as a server for four years.
Amanda was preceded in death by her adoptive parents Byron "Pop" and Betty "Nan" Wisehart of Shirley, IN. She is survived by her sister, Emily Burriss; her fiancé, David Dickinson; her brother, Kevin Wisehart; and her niece, Josie Wisehart. She had seven beautiful children. Wesley was her first and was given up for adoption. Twins, Joshua and Rebecca died at birth. Charlotte, twins Courtney and Chloe and then Kasey were all given up for adoption and live together with their adoptive parents in North Carolina.
Amanda's family will receive friends Saturday, April 30, 2016, from 10-12 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home at 925 East Hanna Avenue in Indianapolis. A celebration of Amada's life will be conducted Saturday, April 30, 2016, at noon at the funeral home.
