Athena Alexis Williams

Athena Alexis Williams, age 5 of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. She was born September 20, 2016 in Indianapolis the daughter of Bradley and Kali (Puckett) Williams. Athena was currently attending kindergarten at Adams Elementary and graduated from preschool last year at Wannamaker Early Learning. She loved school and playing with her friends. Athena was such a happy child who loved to laugh, smile, cuddle, listen to music and play with her toys. Her favorite cartoons to watch were, "Trolls" and "Coco Mellon". Athena loved to blow and play with bubbles. Her family would take her and her siblings to the zoo and she would light up so happily when watching all of the animals. Bath time was one of her favorite parts of the day. Athena played very well with her younger siblings, her doggies, "Zeus", "Maia" and "Delilah" and her cats, "Haedes", "Sinister" and "Jinx". She truly was a blessing to her family and she will be dearly missed everyday.

Athena is survived by her parents, Bradley and Kali Williams; sister, Thea; brother, Ares; grandparents, David and Amber Puckett, Deborah and Mearl Doster and Teresa Puckett; aunts and uncles, Lela, Lauana, David, Daniel, Kim, Raymond, Bridget and Jon and Heather; and numerous extended family members and friends.

A visitation for Athena will be held from 5:00 to 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions at 925 East Hanna Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46227. Please continue to support Athena's family during these difficult and trying times.
